Where can I find my purchases?
Open My purchases to see your orders, receipts, shipping details, and tracking once the seller ships your item.
How do I contact a shop?
Visit the shop’s profile and choose Message shop. You can find your conversations in Messages. Include your order reference when asking about a purchase.
Where do I update my card or shipping address?
Your Wallet holds your saved cards and shipping address. Check the delivery address before confirming a purchase. For an order already placed, contact the seller before it ships.
What is the Security fee?
Sellers list for free. No seller fees. Buyers pay the Security fee of 6% of the item subtotal plus $0.30 per order. It supports work to secure SellRiot and protect the marketplace community. Shipping and applicable tax are additional. Read about the Security fee.
Something arrived damaged or different from the listing.
Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the item, box, and label. Contact the shop with your order reference and describe what happened. If you need more help, use the support form here.
From listing to shipped.
How do I create a listing?
Sign in, open Add a listing, and add photos, a title, price, quantity, and shipping profile. Optional variations can have their own price, weight, and stock.
How do I mark an item shipped?
In Orders to fulfill, choose Mark item shipped. Photograph the product first, then the sealed box with its shipping label. Review the label scan and confirm the shipment details.
Where are my shipping profiles?
Manage weights and custom profiles in Shipping profiles. Choose the appropriate profile for each listing or variation.
When do pending earnings become available?
Pending earnings are released 48 hours after an order is marked delivered. View their status in Wallet & earnings. During test mode, earnings are simulated and cannot be withdrawn.
How do I update my shop photo and profile?
Open Shop profile to upload and crop your profile photo, update your story, and choose your shop colors. You can reach these settings through the top-right mobile menu.
